After you finished signing up, you were automatically redirected to the member portal. To log in to the member portal, you’ll need to retrieve your login information from your welcome email. Once you’ve logged into the member portal, you’ll have access to the dashboard. The dashboard will allow you to easily navigate between your various member benefits.
If you haven’t received your welcome email within 24 hours of signing up, then the first thing you’ll need to do is check your spam folder. You should also add email@example.com to your address list right away. If you still haven’t received your email after doing so, then get in touch with us so we can get this issue resolved right away.
